Student Exam Registration

Students register for their certification exams directly through their approved training center. Each institution verifies eligibility, confirms coursework completion, and compiles registration data for submission to the Exam Office.

Before registration, students should check their institution’s requirements, which may include:

• Payment of course and exam-related fees.
• Submission of valid identification and a recent passport photo.
• Confirmation of class attendance and coursework completion.
• Participation in internal or mock assessments, if applicable.

After the center submits registration details, students receive an official confirmation email or notice with their exam schedule.

Institutional Exam Coordination

All approved centers coordinate student exams in bulk using the official Bulk Exam Booking Form. Each center manages internal verification, fee collection, and scheduling in collaboration with the EPA Examination Department.

Exams may be conducted either online or in person, depending on the course level and center facilities.

Exam Results & Certification

Results are processed centrally and shared with each center within two months after the exam. Certificates are issued digitally and in print through the same centers. Reprints or transcripts can be requested directly through EPA’s central records portal.
