Admittance into Event Planners Alliance membership shall be in accordance with the eligibility criteria outlined in the procedures, rules, and regulations of the alliance. As a minimum, one must fulfill the following conditions as outlined in the code of ethics below.

You shall have passion and a professional mindset to deliver service, quality, and excellence in the events industry
Standards
You shall maintain high standards of business ethics and personal integrity.
Suitable Manpower
You shall recruit and select suitable staff and provide training and fair wages
Job Responsibility
You shall apply industry-acceptable ethical principles in the daily performance of job responsibility.
Deliver Promises
You shall promise only what is deliverable and engage with all stakeholders and involve the local community.
Make it Legal
A verbal agreement is never enough. You need a written event contract to outline the terms and conditions of your service. It's a good document if a dispute arises.
Sustainability
We shall keep only acceptable standards of health, safety, and security and host events that are safe and environmentally friendly.
Discount Codes
You shall Offer Discounts and supplier rates to fellow event planners for equitable competition in the industry.
CSR
We shall strive to raise organizational credibility and honor social responsibility, and forge an ethical industry network.
