A simple partnership process

Apply as an institution
Submit your profile under Training Institutions and state that you are applying as a Training Partner.

Agree the partnership
EPA reviews your application and confirms approval, student referral instructions and partnership terms.

Introduce the pathway to students
Interested learners apply individually. EPA reviews their applications before requesting payment and assessment.
What is free—and what is paid?
Institution partnership: no joining fee for approved Training Partners. Curriculum licences and teaching guides are separate, paid resources and are not required to apply.
Student membership and certification pathway: USD 95 initially, with annual renewal at USD 59. Certification requires successful assessment and EPA approval.
Any referral commission must be agreed in writing. Training Partner status is a professional collaboration, not government accreditation.
Choose Training Institutions on the form. Your submission remains pending until EPA approves it.
